Responding to life

 How we respond to life is ultimately up to us. Winning the lottery or meeting our soul mate will not improve anything if we still cannot take the three steps to emotional freedom by identifying our negative emotions, rejecting them, and then transcending and triumphing over them.

Love is joyful awareness and makes us feel happy. To love is to be glad about ourselves or another person, about nature or art, about our higher purposes or the divine. To love is to embrace, to protect, to care, to nurture, to encourage. To love is to promote the expressions or manifestations of life that bring us joy and happiness.
